I have been having fun playing with the new Holiday Button Bits set from Papertrey. Each card is basically the same sketch. I picked out the buttons first, and let that determine the different color combinations.
I used Nestabilites Labels 1 on all of these cards. The finished size of all of them are 5 X 5 .
I really love their stamps & thanks again to Emma for allowing me to be a part of their Design team! This first card was made using "Christmas Joy" 1298B and "Poinsettia & Berry Cluster" 1020C

I reeealllly love Christmas, every single thing about it! I love decorating for it & I love every style from the shiny & sparkly to the antique & rustic (and every thing in between) which makes it hard to pick just one! At least with cards I can make some of every style! I love hearing your comments! Oh....and so far no one has guessed the exact amount I charged for the matts in the last post~
Both of these matts fit an 8X10 frame, and would accommodate a 5X7 photo. All flowers are made out of cardstock using punches. I really didn't calculate exactly how long they took to make, but it took a while! The hardest part of this custom order was knowing how much to charge.
Lets play a game...how much do you think I should have charged? No fair if you all ready know ~because I quoted the price at the time the order was placed. If you guess the actual amount I charged I will send you a prize!
I have been working on making Poinsettia card kits for upcoming classes so I thought I would share these with you today. My work area is such a mess...I would show you a picture but I am embarrassed! My goal later today is to get it cleaned up, so if I do maybe I will show you a before & after!
This image is from Heartfelt Creations and I love it because it is so detailed! I used brighter lighting in the photo below so it would hopefully pick up the detail. I used Marvy LePlume markers and stamped on to watercolor paper. I used a #1 watercolor brush to paint in using the inks from the markers. Afterwards I color dusted the entire image with Antique Linen distress inks. I used nestabilities circles & Labels 3, to cut shapes. All pieces are distressed & sponged with Tea Dye distress inks. The patterned paper is by K&Co. The finished card is 5 X 5.

These are 2 cards that I made using "Everyday Button Bits" by Paper Trey. This set came out a while back & I know....I'm way behind, but I Love them! I'm super excited that they are releasing a new Holiday Button Bit set tonight at midnight! I am loving all of their sets & you should check them out if you don't all ready know & love them! Now I'm a button collector....like I needed one more THING!

Here is a card & tag that I made pretty quickly. A lot of cards I make I spend hours making, between choosing the papers, making flowers, picking out just the right ribbons or other embellishments. So these were very fast! The Victorian clip art was where I started & just paired with papers from Basic Grey (Wassail collection) and K&Co. I may make several more exactly the same for my Christmas cards & little gifts this Holiday season. 
The image and layer were cut using Nestabilities Labels 1. The flowers are made with cardstock punched from the small impatiens leaf & the leaves are the large holly leaves. The designer paper is from K&CO and I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder on the solid pink layer. The stamped sentiment is an "oldie but goodie" (meaning that it was long ago retired) from Stampin'Up.
I have a couple more vintage style things to show you in the next few days...so stay tuned! I would love to hear your thoughts on how this one turned out!
The Santa stamp is from a set I bought last year by Inkadinkado. The snowflake background paper is by Graphic 45 and is double sided, the strip with the stripes (that's a mouth full) is the on the other side. I used nestabilities to cut out the shapes & the snowflakes added to the bow are from punches.
This was a quick card made from a fabric panel that I cut from this fabric I found at Hobby Lobby. You can see there are a bunch of different little panels that will make a nice set of cards & matching gift bags! 
I created the bag from a 5 1/2 X 5 1/2 envelope. It's called a "Bag-a-lope" If you need instructions let me know...it's so easy! This one might contain a single serving of hot chocolate, or some specialty tea bags and maybe even a gift card! The stamped image is from imaginisce (I love them cuz they are about $1.00 each)I watercolored it to match with the "eskimo kisses" papers by Basic Grey. I used scalloped square Nestabilities to cut out, & added some ribbon....Easy peasy!
This card is made using one of the digital images at Fred, She Said I printed it on to water color paper & heat set the ink. Then I water colored the flower twice, I cut out the petals and glued them on to the image that I had also colored in the leaves. I punched out tiny flowers from brown CS and glued them into the center of the flower. I used pastels to shade around the flower & color dusted with Antique Linen Distress Inks. The designer paper is 2007 Bo Bunny...that I finally got around to using!

The striped designer paper is by "Black Market Paper Society" the flowers is made using the Lilly Petals punch and Mega single Holly punch. I sponged the petals & leaves with inks and used stickles on the stamens in the center of the flower. I used a CB embossing folder for the layered square.
The finished card is 5 1/2 X 5 1/2. I would love to know what you think of this one & how many cards you made yesterday. I bet you made more than me!
The snowflakes are Spellbinders Nestabilities and are covered in Vintage Glass Glitter. The papers are from K&Co. The stamped sentiment is something I had made a while back.

Their stamps are high quality which is what allowed me to be able to stamp them with the curve of the paper on the mugs. The hot chocolate packages with cute little witch are designed by Mary Engelbreit. I found them at Michael's arts & crafts stores. The template for the mug can be found Here
Just a couple of flowers cards I made for upcoming class samples. This first one could be a Christmas card...just add a small sentiment. The one below is bright and cheerful, but I love the idea of using non traditional colors at Christmas too....
