Shabby Valentines

I had a little time last night to actually sit and play...I had just cleaned off my work table and was feeling a little inspired....needless to say, my work desk got cluttered up all over again! I can manage to make a mess in no time flat! I had recently purchased THIS package of Valentine Ephemera by K&Co and couldn't wait to play with it.

I hope that I have enough time to make a few more before February 14th...there are so many cute images...but so little time!!!

News Flash-Feb. Class

Because of the great response to the January class at Stamp Antonio....I am making a slight adjustment! I will do 2 classes in February:
Each class is limited to 10 students ...So sign up ASAP
Tues Feb. 1st I will have an afternoon class from 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Thurs Feb 10th will be the evening class from 6:30 -8:30 pm

Scroll down for pictures of the main class project....there will also be a small bonus project too.

"Fleur de Lisa" class for February

Is it just me....or is time flying by? I mean it seems like January just got here...and now it's almost gone! Anyways...I hope it's going good for ya!
I had my first class at Stamp Antonio earlier this month and there were so many new faces...It was great! This is the sample for the February class....there will also be a small bonus project too...but that is a surprise! I love these flower pot cards..and you can add your greeting
in the space under the flowers. I hope to see you there!

Vintage Bling is one of my favorite things

I have a love for vintage costume jewelry...I can't explain why exactly...but it sparkles brighter, in my opinion, than anything new! I started collecting a few years ago...and I don't know if I will ever stop. I think it's classic and will forever be in style. I just wanted to share it with you...since I haven't before...and because I haven't created anything new to share....but I will soon!

Embroidery Sampler

Another one of my favorite things to do is embroidery. I learned some of the simple stitches when I was very young and have loved it ever since. I have some projects that I have not finished...but don't we all???

Here it is a new year...and what I hope to do this year is finish uncompleted projects.

This hand stitched sampler is a project that I started at Tidbits & Tassels and though I finished this piece, I haven't done anything with it...like make it into a pillow or wall hanging...so that is one of my many projects to finish this year. What are yours?
